State of South Dakota One Stop in Sioux Falls

The State of South Dakota One Stop in Sioux Falls, which will be over 280,000 square feet in size, will consolidate 12 state agencies that were previously located across Sioux Falls. Having these agencies under one roof will increase collaboration among state staff and provide improved services for the citizens of South Dakota.

The building will break ground in September 2023 and is projected to be completed in 2025.

Nestled within the Dawley Farm subdivision, the location is strategically positioned to capitalize on the rapid growth of Sioux Falls’ east side and allows for convenient access to an array of amenities. Plans for a direct public transportation route to the building are currently in development.
