This new VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic replaced an aging facility that was challenged in meeting the community’s needs. This new clinic has been over 17+ years in the making, with many stakeholders coming together to provide our Veterans with the highest level of care.

Location

The VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic is located in Buffalo Crossing at the intersection of Catron Boulevard and U.S. Highway 16.

Services offered at the new VA clinic will include primary care, mental health care, physical therapy, audiology, pharmacy, lab services, and women’s care to meet the needs of the increasing female veteran population. Many of these services are not offered in the current facility.

The clinic broke ground on July 1, 2021, and opened to serve Veterans on August 17, 2023.
