2021 Year in Review
2021 brought a lot of growth and change to the Rapid City area, with the need for more housing taking center stage. The Dream Design team had the honor of partnering incredible local businesses, City and government leaders to help address the housing shortages and bring new home lots, apartments, townhomes and single family homes to the area. We also worked with some exceptional teams to bring in new commercial construction projects and medical facilities like the 100,242 sqft State BOA One-Stop Complex and the 49,900 sqft VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic.
It is awesome to reflect on the past year and see what was made possible by so many community partners joining together and we can’t wait to continue working together to build Rapid City in the years to come. The incredibly hard working folks who give their all to deliver such high quality projects and attend to the needs of our community inspire us everyday.
