Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board is a 20,000-square-foot new construction facility located in the Orchard Meadows Subdivision in Rapid City, South Dakota.
The Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board facility was envisioned as a culturally appropriate space to effectuate the organization’s goals and mission in the community and to accommodate the fast-growing needs of the organization. The Dream Design team served as the Developer of the project, coordinating services from civil and soil engineers, land surveyors, cultural resources survey crews, contractors, and subs. The building was completed in 2018.
