The Harvest underwent a major transformation through a 46,000-square-foot urban renewal redevelopment project that introduced a new look, refreshed identity, and updated functionality for the property. The redevelopment included dividing the primary structure into four separate suites, creating additional opportunities for tenants and commercial activity.
The project also brought a much-needed grocery store to the area, helping address community demand for accessible food and retail services. Following redevelopment, the project reached full occupancy, signaling strong market support and renewed energy for the district.
