KC Lofts is a four-story multi-use complex featuring commercial suites and 48 residential lofts.
The KC Lofts features three floors of 1-2 bedroom apartments in Downtown Rapid City. All units feature a stainless-steel dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. High-speed internet, basic cable with over 300 channels, hot water, sewer, and garbage are provided at a bulk discount rate. Off-street parking and bike racks are also available.
The main level is home to Dream Design, KTM offices, and High Plains Physical Therapy.
