Construction on the Healing Way extension and adjacent Maze Property development is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2026, with completion anticipated by fall 2026. The project represents a critical expansion of transportation and utility infrastructure in the area while supporting continued commercial and healthcare-related growth.
The development is expected to include a mix of major medical services, hospitality, retail, and professional office space, further strengthening the area as a regional destination for business and healthcare services. The extension of Healing Way will also complete a vital transportation corridor and provide enhanced connectivity for surrounding developments and future growth.
