Rocker Square is a mixed-use complex that features 250 units of student housing for South Dakota Mines and commercial space located in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Dream Design was approached to help address the need for student housing near South Dakota Mines and transformed old, run-down homes into two large complexes. The complexes include a group study room, Einstein’s Bagels, and the 24/7 Market @ Rocker Square, offering fresh grab-n-go items, beverages, and snacks.

Zoning: Residential & Commercial Location: Rapid City Status: Completed in 2012

Location

This complex is located beside the South Dakota Mines campus, which makes it ideal for students.
