The 360-acre Golf Course Community is in the Black Hills on the edge of Rapid City, South Dakota. Red Rock Subdivision has become one of Rapid City’s most desired development to live in.

Dream Design worked on the initial conception of Red Rock and led the design team in road layout/design, water system design, and sanitary/stormwater design. Dream Design also was responsible for development management duties, including coordinating between the Client and the City of Rapid City for property rezoning, annexation, platting, and Tax Increment Financing (TIF).

Red Rock Subdivision is located on the southwest side of Rapid City, South Dakota. The community is situated off Sheridan Lake Road, making it convenient to access various amenities in the city.
