April 21, 2015Great Plains Tribal Leader’s Health Board is a 20,000-square-foot new construction facility located in the Orchard Meadows Subdivision in Rapid City, South Dakota.
The Great Plains Tribal Leader’s Health Board facility was envisioned as a culturally appropriate space to effectuate the organization’s goals and mission in the community and to accommodate the fast-growing needs of the organization. The Dream Design team served as the Developer of the project, coordinating services from civil and soil engineers, land surveyors, cultural resources survey crews, contractors, and subs.
Location
The Great Plains Tribal Leader’s Health Board is situated within the Orchard Meadows Subdivision, providing its employees with convenient access to the rest of Rapid City. The building’s location just off SD Highway 44 and Elk Vale Road offers easy access to major roads and transportation hubs, making it simple for employees to commute to and from work.
