April 24, 2015Furniture Row is a 5-acre, multi-store furniture complex in Rushmore Crossing in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Furniture Row combines different facets of home furnishes so the buyer can make one stop to fill all the home needs. Dream Design worked with the Client to complete and build this project. Our team was tasked with the parking lot design, infrastructure design, erosion control plans, planting plans, and irrigation plans. One of the design’s challenges was the parking lot grades, and the site design team succeeded by incorporating many grade changes with the wall design.

Furniture Row is located in Rushmore Crossing, a 125-acre commercial development located south of Interstate 90 in-between Exit 60 and Exit 61 in Rapid City. It is served by an entrance off LaCrosse Street and East North Street (US Hwy 14 & 16).
