Elks Crossing

Elks Crossing is an 800-acre mixed-use development featuring residential and commercial lots in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Dream Design International assisted with the development and engineering of this project. The development includes residential and commercial lots, offering a wide range of housing options and commercial spaces for local businesses.

This development is still in progress with civil engineering by our subsidiary company, KTM Design Solutions.

Zoning: Residential and Commercial Location: Rapid City Status: DDI completed in 2017. In Progress.

Elks Crossing is located along Elk Vale Road and E Minnesota Street on the southeast side of Rapid City.
