The Kansas City Street Lofts is a four story complex coming to the corner of Kansas City Street and East Boulevard, near the main post office.

The KC Lofts will feature main floor commercial, office, and retail suites and three stories of 1-2 bedroom residential apartments.

Construction is underway with move-in anticipated June 2021. Two commercial suites of 2,358 and 1,758 sqft remain available.

Dakota Market Square is a 185,000 sqft commercial complex on the corner of Cambell Street and East North, one of Rapid City’s busiest intersections.

Phase 1 is fully leased, with 2,000-75,000 sqft available in Phase 2 located in the former Kmart building and an incoming strip mall that will sit along East North.

The complex is undergoing a major renovation with parking lot resurfacing, mechanical upgrades, landscaping adds, and facade updates.

The Shepherd Hills Subdivision is a 700 acre project spanning from Eglin and East North (diagonal from Rushmore Crossing) to Highway 44 which will offer affordable, workforce, and medium to high end housing, Class A apartments, commercial and retail spaces, and an over 55 affordable housing community.

Construction is well underway and is anticipated to take 7-10 years.

The Diamond Ridge Subdivision is the southernmost 30 acres of the overall Shepherd Hills development. Diamond Ridge will feature over 100 affordable and workforce level single family homes.

The Sky Ridge development in Spearfish, South Dakota will feature numerous affordable/workforce homes as well as sports fields and bike trails.

The project is still working through concept and design but additional details are anticipated by Late 2020. Homes should be under construction by August 2021.
